Lumina is seeking a Software Engineer to build and ship across Lumina's web and mobile product experience. This hands-on, full-stack role covers frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed, with collaboration between NYC product/engineering teams in Budapest.

You’ll own problems end-to-end and ship quickly without compromising quality. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, self-directed, and experienced across architecture decisions to polished product details, working in a fast-moving

• Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend.
• Experience shipping production software.
• Ability to work with product, design, and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across the full stack. Frontend, backend, and the systems connecting them.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into clean, reliable code.
• Work with real-time market data, pricing feeds, and trading infrastructure to deliver a fast, trustworthy user experience.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
