Nova Talent in New York City is seeking a Marketing Manager, Events to own the company’s events program, from conferences to webinars, and to turn strategy into memorable experiences that drive pipeline. You will work with Growth Marketing and Account Executives on planning, activation, and post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless logistics and on-site excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B events, direct fintech/banking event experience, and strong vendor negotiation skills; willingness

Competenze

• 5+ years in B2B event or field marketing
• Direct experience in financial services events (banking/fintech)
• Proven delivery of tradeshows, sponsored conferences, dinners and customer events
• Strong project management; multitask and stay calm under changing plans
• Experience working with Sales to define target accounts and follow up on event leads
• Comfort negotiating with vendors, venues and conference organizers
• Willingness to travel for events
• Excellent written and verbal communication; hands-on builder mindset

Mansioni

• Conferences and tradeshow: Run execution across conference and tradeshow calendar (AOBA, Money20/20); lead pre-event marketing and activations; post-event follow up and lead tracking; manage sponsorships, booth logistics, speaking submissions and budgets.
• Field events and Builder Nights: Plan national roadshow and NYC Builder Nights; source venues; negotiate contracts and manage budgets; partner with AEs on invites to include banking executives and target accounts; collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing on content and format.
• Webinars and virtual events: Develop virtual events strategy with Growth to drive top-of-funnel awareness and qualified leads; manage sponsored sessions with partners.
• Annual client event: Plan and execute the end-to-end client event experience, including venue, agenda, production, hospitality and vendor management; coordinate with Customer Marketing on agenda and attendees.
• Event channel forecasting and reporting: Own channel-level forecasts and KPIs; work with Sales Ops on quarterly reporting and event ROI.
