Job description

Conferences | Field Events | Executive Experiences

Why Join Us

We’re a Series A, fast growing startup and the first platform built specifically for regulated banking: purpose built small language models, a banking ontology, and AI bankers that financial institutions can trust. Our models outperform general purpose LLMs by 30 to 80 percent on banking tasks, and our customers range from community banks and credit unions to large regional and super regional institutions.

Location: New York City. In office hybrid starting mid 2027 (Q2/Q3).

We are a small team doing consequential work, with no layers between the work and the people doing it. Our team includes former regulators, bank operators, and engineers who built the infrastructure behind some of the fastest growing digital banks in the U.S. We are backed by Entropy Ventures and were named 2026 AI Startup of the Year by Tearsheet. Early customers are live and scaling fast.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, Events owns execution across our events program and virtual calendar. You turn event strategy into well run, pipeline producing experiences. You will work daily with the Director of Growth Marketing and with Account Executives on event planning, execution, and activation.

Who You Are

You’re obsessive about throwing great events. You don’t run them from a clipboard in the back of the room. You’re on the floor with the guests, reading the energy, fixing what’s off before anyone notices, and making sure every person walks away with a story to tell. Logistics are table stakes for you. The real goal is making it memorable.

Conferences and tradeshows
  • Run execution across our conference and tradeshow calendar, including AOBA and Money20/20

  • Lead pre event marketing and activations that build awareness and drive meetings, including target account briefings with Account Executives and on site experiences

  • Run post event follow up, feedback loops and lead tracking so every event feeds the pipeline and informs the next one

  • Manage sponsorship selection, booth and activation logistics, and speaking submissions, owning the events budget against plan and negotiating contracts with sponsors, vendors and venues to get the best terms and value

Field events and Builder Nights
  • Plan and deliver a national roadshow series and intimate NYC Builder Nights

  • Source and secure venues and locations in each market, negotiating contracts and managing the budget

  • Partner with AEs on target invite lists and ensure the right people are in the room, including banking executives and target accounts

  • Work cross functionally with Growth and Product Marketing to determine the content and format of each event

Webinars and virtual events
  • Partner with the broader growth team on a virtual events strategy that drives top of funnel awareness, generates qualified leads and maintains a steady drumbeat of our presence in market, including sponsored sessions with partners such as ABA, Bank Director and American Banker
Annual client event
  • Lead the planning and production of our annual client event, own the end to end experience for client and banking executives, from venue and agenda to production and hospitality, with vendors and budget managed against plan

  • Partner closely with Customer Marketing on agenda, session content and attendees

Event channel forecasting and reporting
  • Own channel level forecasting and reporting for events, with defined KPIs for each event

  • Partner with Sales Ops on quarterly channel level reporting and event level ROI

What You Have
  • 5+ years in B2B event or field marketing, with experience running a multi event program

  • Direct experience in financial services events, such as banking and fintech conferences and executive events

  • Proven delivery of tradeshows, sponsored conferences, dinners and customer events, including contracts and budget management

  • Strong project management; you keep many timelines moving at once and stay calm when plans change

  • Experience working with Sales to define target accounts and follow up on event leads

  • Comfort negotiating with vendors, venues and conference organizers

  • Willingness to travel for events

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and a hands on, builder mindset suited to an early stage company
