You'll work daily with the Director of Growth Marketing and Account Executives, plan multi-event programs, manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure events drive measurable results while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B event or field marketing with multi-event program experience.
• Direct experience in financial services events such as banking and fintech conferences.
• Proven delivery of tradeshows, sponsored conferences, dinners and customer events.
• Strong project management with multiple timelines and calm under change.
• Experience working with Sales to define target accounts and follow up on event leads.

Responsibilities

• Run execution across conferences and tradeshows, including AOBA and Money20/20.
• Lead pre-event marketing and activations to build awareness and meetings.
• Manage post-event follow up, feedback loops, and lead tracking.
• Negotiate contracts with sponsors, vendors, and venues to maximize value.
• Plan national roadshow series and NYC Builder Nights.
• Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing on event content and format.
• Own channel forecasting and KPI reporting for events.
