The role seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead external client projects in a supplier/vendor setting, driving delivery across complex tech initiatives and ensuring alignment with client goals.

The position emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to controlling risks, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering external client projects in a supplier/vendor environment.
• Proven project management delivery experience across initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering high-impact technology projects across cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Work with key stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver solutions meeting business needs.
• Own and manage risks, opportunities, budgets, and timelines.
• Support steering committees and drive effective decision-making.
• Enable seamless project execution in an innovative, solutions-focused environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management craft competency.
• Lead bespoke internal or external technical work packages or projects when required.
