Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical application development or maintenance experience around core banking digital transformations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and OpenShift; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong DevOps tooling knowledge (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) and API-based integrations.
• Solid Agile/Scrum experience with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical consulting.
• Lead technical architecture design, development and deployment for enterprise Core Banking solutions on public and private clouds.
• Support testing phases by debugging and resolving issues across layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Enforce best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
• Work with containerization and orchestration tools for scalable deployments.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
