Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston is seeking an IT Program Project Delivery expert to analyze and design FinTech solutions for a rapidly growing business. You will participate in end-to-end technology delivery, document requirements, support testing, and ensure successful client outcomes.

You will act as a subject-matter expert in cash management, collaborate with multiple teams, map processes to technical components, coordinate with UX, and contribute to risk analyses while writing operation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5 years in middle-office operations in banking/finance.
• 3 years in Cash Management, Accounting, and Investment Book of Record.
• Experience in front, middle, and back-office functions in finance.
• Knowledge of current tech stacks and system analysis.
• Experience in agile delivery and SDLC processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders/vendors.
• Capable of working in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and input into FinTech solution designs.
• Participate in end-to-end technology delivery work streams.
• Document implementation requirements and support testing.
• Ensure successful client delivery.
• Act as SME in cash domains and business flows.
• Collaborate with other State Street organizations.
• Communicate status and escalations to leadership.
• Map process and data flows to technical components.
• Coordinate with UX teams for system design alignment.
• Analyze systems for business capability and test alignment.
• Assess new or changed requirements and enhancements.
• Ensure integrated systems remain aligned with the ecosystem.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support goals.
• Write manuals, technical documentation, and operational instructions.
