Job summary

CCBank is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee complaints across its fintech programs and manage the CMS and related records. You will coordinate with Compliance Leadership, Program Management, Fintechs, and regulators to ensure timely, well-documented handling of agency inquiries.

The role requires strong regulatory writing, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in risk assessment within fintech programs. On-site role in Pleasant Grove, UT with stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory bodies (FDIC, state regulators).
• Experience drafting regulatory or consumer-facing correspondence.
• Experience managing fintech programs.
• Three+ years of fintech program experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, triage complaints and route to SME for investigation.
• Track regulatory deadlines and ensure timely responses to bodies and consumers.
• Maintain complaint policies, procedures and templates.
• Serve as system administrator for the complaints management platform.
• Coordinate examinations, reviews, and audits as needed.
