Current, a consumer fintech platform in NYC, seeks a Consumer Compliance Senior Analyst (Complaints) to own regulatory complaint responses and related reporting. You will contribute to special compliance projects while acting as an individual contributor focused on process improvement and investigations.

With four+ years of relevant experience, you will draft precise responses, analyze dissatisfaction signals, and work collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent writing, research, data skills, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-moving fintech environment.
• Ideal background includes fintech/bank/law/consulting experience.
• Familiarity with consumer finance regulations (Reg E/Reg Z) and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory complaints and identify potential regulatory risk; research cases.
• Draft detailed, accurate written responses to customers, bank partners, and regulators.
• Collaborate with team members to elevate issues and create actionable reporting.
• Participate in special consumer compliance projects as needed.
