Job summary

Capital Community Bank is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee agency complaints across fintech programs and to manage the CMS in accordance with bank requirements. You will coordinate with Compliance leadership, program teams, and fintech partners to ensure timely, well-documented handling and proper routing of issues.

You will also track deadlines, advise management, and support exams and audits with detailed reporting and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as the FDIC, state regulators, and agency complaint channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written communication for regulatory or consumer-facing correspondence.
• Strong cross-functional communication across legal, compliance, operations, and external programs.
• Knowledge of laws and supervisory guidance applicable to SP programs (UDAAP, UDAP, ECOA, EFTA, FDCPA, GLBA, FCRA, TILA, MLA, SCRA).

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, triage complaints and route to SME for investigation and drafting of responses.
• Track deadlines and ensure responses are submitted within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with leadership, fintechs, and stakeholders on day-to-day complaint handling.
• Draft and update complaint handling policies and response templates.
• Serve as system administrator for the complaints management platform and coordinate with the vendor.
• Oversee CMS for Fintech program compliance management and assist in exams and audits.
• Monitor complaint management, early warning, fair lending reviews, and other regulatory monitoring activities.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and regulators; provide guidance and recommendations.
