Job summary

Flourish is hiring a Client Support Representative to serve as a frontline contact for our growing client base in a hybrid Dallas role. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, diagnosing issues with both product and client contexts, and communicating clearly to drive resolution.

You will also help build scalable support processes, report on metrics, and contribute to training and content for both clients and teammates in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client support in financial services or equivalent
• FINRA Series 7 license required
• Ability to pass fingerprint background check
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove client support via phone, email and chat
• Collaborate with product, sales and relationship management teams to resolve issues
• Build and maintain client support materials and FAQs
• Help scale the client support function and track key metrics
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing account servicing
