Job summary

Qualifications

• Approx. 2–3 years of client-facing experience in finance/fintech/tech.
• Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting of user accounts and data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with recurring tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
• Advanced-level English for collaboration with a global team.
• Experience handling client inquiries in a support-focused software.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-line support queue for retail investor tickets related to accounts, money movements, and applications.
• Triage incoming tickets by urgency and route or resolve within service-level expectations.
• Investigate incomplete or stalled account applications; identify missing documents and communicate next steps to investors.
• Verify funds in money movement requests and resolve discrepancies before transfers.
• Troubleshoot account-level issues (balances, transaction status, holds) and explain outcomes clearly to investors.
• Apply policies consistently and escalate edge cases to the appropriate internal team when needed.
• Maintain clear, auditable records of investigations, resolutions and rationale.
• Identify and flag recurring pain points or inefficiencies in support workflows.
