Job summary

FIS is offering a 2027 University Summer Internship Program in the United States. The Summer Intern will work full-time (40 hours/week) starting May 31, 2027 and ending August 6, 2027, gaining hands-on experience in client services, product education, and adoption initiatives.

As part of the Client Services team, you will build client relationships, coordinate issue resolution, analyze service trends, and contribute to onboarding and reviews to help clients achieve their business goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Rising Senior (Dec 2027–May 2028) with expected graduation window.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and ensure high-quality service experience.
• Analyze client requests and service trends to identify process improvements and outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding activities, service reviews, product education, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track client issues and drive retention.
