Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business/Analytics, MIS, Finance, etc.).
• Graduating December 2027 through May 2028.
• Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and high-quality service experience.
• Analyze client requests and trends to identify process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, service reviews, and product education to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track issues and retention efforts.
