Atomic Vest is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join its in-house legal team. You will advise on fintech issues, negotiate commercial contracts, manage disputes, and drive legal operations including contract/vendor database work.

You will contribute to regulatory matters, cross-border transactions, privacy, and governance while being mentored by the General Counsel. This role offers broad exposure in a fast-growth fintech company.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• 5–7+ years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or mix of both.
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, investment advisory, banking, payments, crypto or financial services with exposure to at least two areas (e.g., contracts, regulation, M&A).
• Familiarity with contract and vendor management databases and CLM programs; ability to work independently and escalate when needed.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Serve as a legal point of contact for internal teams and provide timely guidance.
• Assist with regulatory projects, international filings, M&A, and applications for new permissions.
• Coordinate document preparation for regulatory submissions (notarization, apostille, exhibits, filing formatting).
• Provide backup to the General Counsel across all legal functions.
• Negotiate and review commercial contracts with partners and manage end-to-end negotiations.
• Track modifications to standard contract terms and ensure visibility across teams.
• Handle day-to-day dispute management and coordinate with outside counsel for employment matters.
• Maintain and expand the vendor and contract management database (Ivo platform) and develop automated reports.
• Collaborate with Compliance to align vendor due diligence with contract processes.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency of the legal function.
