Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, strong ML/DL fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and agentic AI systems.
• Experience with NLP, conversational AI, and LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with vector search and semantic retrieval technologies.
• Strong MLOps knowledge: deployment, monitoring, retraining.
• Experience building production-grade AI systems in cloud environments.
• Hands-on Google Cloud Platform development experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML, DL, and Generative AI models to solve business problems.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and agentic workflows using modern frameworks and cloud tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Implement AI solutions using platforms like GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, and Snowflake Cortex.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and RLHF to improve model performance.
• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, and AgentSpace.
• Integrate vector databases and LLM orchestration for retrieval and memory.
• Ensure robust MLOps with CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Stay updated on AI research and industry trends; share best practices.
