Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s and 4+ years in CS/CE/ML or related field experience.
• Experience building ML models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• 3+ years of building models for business application experience.

Responsibilities

• Building AI systems that finance teams trust and that meet compliance requirements.
• Designing agents that learn from user corrections and improve over time.
• Solving inference at scale with tiered model architectures and small language models.
• Developing evaluation frameworks to catch quality regressions before customers see them.
