Job summary

Gong is seeking an IX Enterprise Revenue Architect for Financial Services, with remote work available across the United States. You will partner with FinServ executive stakeholders to architect industry-specific revenue workflows and drive adoption of Gong's AI Operating System across the customer lifecycle.

This role emphasizes outcomes, renewal strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable ROI, joining Gong's IX team to build the outcomes realization journey and improve Net Dollar

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage VP and C-suite executives on value and ROI.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute revenue transformation strategies with FinServ GTM leaders.
• Map FinServ processes to AI-driven Gong workflows.
• Lead adoption and change management to embed Gong into client teams.
• Quantify ROI and value realization using data-driven insights.
• Own renewal strategy and collaborate on expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a superior customer journey.
