Job summary

Ritual is seeking a hands-on Controller to build and oversee our financial operations as we scale. You’ll work directly with the founders to manage accounting, reporting, and compliance across fiat and crypto assets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, startup/fast-growth is a plus.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Experience reconciling crypto transactions and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and internal controls over fiat and crypto assets.
• Manage treasury, including crypto and fiat, stablecoins, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual closes with external partners.
• Support fundraising, audits, and due diligence with leadership and legal teams.
• Prepare investor materials with key metrics and burn insights.
