Qualifications

• 3–5 years of change management or corporate communications experience in IT/cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead change-management initiatives using structured frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Develop and deliver FinOps training plans and materials.
• Create and implement communications across Slack/Teams etc.
• Onboard engineering and finance teams with FinOps processes.
