Job summary

Recruito is seeking a FinOps program manager to plan and manage a FinOps TOM implementation as a structured program. You will coordinate tooling, processes, governance, training, and implementation workstreams to ensure a smooth rollout.

You will align with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security and business stakeholders, document allocation, showback/chargeback, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and drive training, change management, and status reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong project/program management experience.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud transformation or FinOps initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• Experience with governance, budgeting, forecasting, and process implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage FinOps TOM implementation as a structured program.
• Coordinate tooling, processes, governance, training, and implementation workstreams.
• Align with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Implement and document allocation, showback/chargeback, optimization, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support FinOps tool selection, implementation, and rollout.
• Drive training, communication, and change management activities.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Report status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and governance teams.
