Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) seeks a Training Specialist to facilitate onboarding and provide job-specific training in a cGMP, FDA-regulated environment. Facilitate the completion of tasks related to onboarding new hire trainees. Responsible for offering training in job-specific areas. Teach specific areas of knowledge or on-the-job capabilities needed for certain positions. Coordinate applicable training tasks with the training coordinator and area supervisors to meet all guidelines of established procedures and cGMP regulations. Assist in on-the-job, instructor led, and read/understand trainings. Support Finishing Area tasks, as needed.
