Responsibilities

• Operate all welder styles and adjust equipment for proper weld.
• Follow setup process and adjust based on product finish.
• Use measuring tape and perform math with fractions and decimals.
• Perform quality checks and record quality information on the work order.
• Report quality problems to engineering and supervision.
• Meet throughput expectations and support continuous improvement.
• Train Level 1 & 2 Finishers as needed.
• Assist in finishing inspections and approve product quality.
