Job summary

Avalign Technologies is seeking a motivated Finishing Operator to perform finishing operations on medical instruments and implants, including mass finishing and passivation, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

You will operate finishing equipment, follow work instructions and blueprints, perform quality checks with calipers and micrometers, and help maintain an organized workspace on the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Requires precise attention to detail and steady hand for measurement checks.
• Able to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain finishing equipment to smooth and polish medical devices.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and inspection sheets to meet specs.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and enter data into systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain an organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines and on-time delivery.
• Crosstrain in other finishing processes.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE as trained.
