Prototek is seeking a Finishing Technician II in Wisconsin to support daily production in a fast-paced digital manufacturing environment, applying intermediate to advanced finishing techniques to prototype and production parts.

You will read prints, perform post-processing, operate HVLP paint equipment, and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This role offers hands-on operation in a modern shop with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience as a Finishing Technician (preferred).
• Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies and materials.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, specifications, and 3D files to identify finishing requirements.
• Perform intermediate and advanced post-processing and finishing on printed, cast urethane, and machined parts.
• Operate HVLP paint equipment to apply high-quality finishes.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
