Job summary

Prototek Digital Manufacturing is seeking an AM Technician (Weekends) to support daily production, operate additive equipment, and deliver high-quality parts across a variety of industries.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of additive manufacturing experience; familiarity with reading prints or 3D files and hands-on production work is essential. Weekend Fri-Mon shift, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in additive manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies and materials.
• Ability to read prints or 3D files.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute build startups, machine setups, and material handling.
• Support SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, and FDM printing operations.
• Perform powder handling, vat swaps, and machine calibrations.
• Conduct post-processing and finishing operations.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality.
• Maintain equipment and support preventative maintenance.
