Job summary

Labelink USA is seeking motivated individuals to join our Finishing Department on the second shift in Wisconsin. You will operate rewinders, inspect products for quality, package finished goods, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

We offer no mandatory overtime, optional overtime, straight shifts, and competitive pay with raises and bonuses. Training occurs on the 1st shift, with a 2:20 PM–12:20 AM schedule and a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ruler reading skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.
• Able to lift and move up to 30 lbs and maintain good vision.

Responsibilities

• Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions.
• Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met.
• Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.
• Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus.
