Job summary

Labelink is seeking motivated individuals for 2nd shift in the Finishing Department in Wisconsin. You will operate rewinders, inspect product for quality, and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The position offers a straight 2nd shift with a $1.00 shift differential and opportunities for raises and bonuses. No mandatory overtime and opt- overtime available, with training on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.

• Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions.
• Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met.
• Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment.

Shift Details

• Training will be conducted on 1st shift.
• Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:20 PM–12:20 AM (+$1.00 shift differential).

What We’re Looking For

• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.
• Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus.
