Qualifications

• High School diploma and at least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing; knowledge of ELS/lean/sigma preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and adherence to EHS policies.
• Shift and operations management to meet safety, quality, productivity targets.
• Drive process improvements to raise efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Ensure SOPs and standard work compliance; conduct audits.
• Oversee daily team activities, coaching, and performance feedback.
