Job summary

Q, LLC in Dover, NH is seeking a Part Handling & Finishing Operator I to join our manufacturing team. You will process firearm components through finishing, washing, and preparation steps to ensure quality before coating, assembly, or shipment.

The role emphasizes dependability, safety-mindedness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following work instructions and SOPs to maintain high production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate tumbling equipment to deburr and finish machined components.
• Process components through heat treat operations and HET processing.
• Wash, clean, and prepare parts for inspection, coating, assembly, or shipment.
• Apply protective oil to finished components before storage or shipping.
• Prepare components for Cerakote by cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow PPE requirements.
• Cross-train on additional finishing and manufacturing processes.
