Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing preferred.
• Ability to follow prescribed processing procedures and safety rules.
• Capable of manual lifting and operating hoists.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads tote pans of parts and stacks them in baskets, racks, or barrels.
• Follows prescribed processing procedures.
• Fills baskets, racks, and/or barrels with parts to be processed and lowers material into appropriate tank.
• Removes parts when process is completed.
• Maintains cleanliness of tanks and work areas.
• Monitors temperature of solutions.
• Inspects processing to ensure quality of product.
• May assist with chemical handling and solution maintenance and record keeping as needed.
