You will deburr, sand, polish, tumble, and assist with packaging and shipping of parts, while learning bead blasting and other finishing methods.

Qualifications

• Ability to deburr, sand, polish.
• Ability to self-inspect work and strive for consistent quality.
• Ability to tumble, count, wrap, and ship components.
• Ability to learn part tumbling process.
• Ability to learn bead blast of precision machined aluminum, and other metal parts.
• Perform deburring operations to remove surface defects using manual/electric tools.

Responsibilities

• File, sand, and polish firearms or components to required quality specifications.
• Ensure dimensional integrity and finish characteristics.
• Follow standard finishing applications and time-management standards.
• Organize and complete assignments; keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with other assignments or special projects as needed.
