FIS Management Services LLC seeks a finishing machine operator to set up and run a variety of finishing equipment, ensuring quality and timely production. You will feed, fold, cut, stitch, and package products while adjusting settings and performing minor repairs as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and typically 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for 4 years in fast production environments and basic data entry into Monarch database.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finishing or production.
• Preferred: 4 years of fast production machine experience.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews job schedule for assigned finishing tasks and locates materials.
• Sets up finishing machines (folder, Muller, die cutter, guillotine, saddle stitcher).
• Operates one or more finishing machines to complete jobs per specs.
• Performs quality checks against client specifications and checklists.
• Packages finished product and reviews packaging per ticket before shipment.
• Documents material usage, scrap, and production time in Monarch database.
