Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC seeks a finishing operator to set up and run automated finishing equipment on the production floor. You will load materials, configure machines, and ensure alignment with job specs.

Responsibilities include quality checks, timely completion, and documenting material usage in the Monarch database for cost tracking. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or best equivalent.
• Experience operating finishing machines or in fast-paced production.
• Ability to read job specs and follow cost-tracking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing machines (folder, die cutter, guillotine, saddle stitcher).
• Load materials, select configurations, run jobs per specs.
• Inspect samples for quality and adjust as needed.
• Document material usage and production time in Monarch database.
