Job summary

FIS is hiring a Finishing Machine Operator in Georgia to set up and operate various automated finishing systems, including folders, die cutters, and saddle stitchers. You will ensure product quality, maintain production records, and support packaging and shipping as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow specifications, and timely data entry of usage and time in Monarch. Work schedule is Saturday through Tuesday, 5:00 pm–3:00 am, in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Operates and sets up finishing machines per specifications.
• Tests finished product against specs and quality checklists.
• Documents material usage and production time in Monarch database.

Responsibilities

• Reviews job schedule and locates materials/tickets for finishing on the floor.
• Sets up and operates finishing machines (folder, Muller, die cutter, etc.) as per ticket.
• Operates 1+ finishing machines to complete assigned jobs.
• Packages finished product and ensures packaging aligns with ticket instructions.
