Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a Finishing Machine Operator to set up and operate automated finishing equipment, feed, fold, cut, stitch and package products on the production floor. You will review job tickets, load materials, configure machines, monitor quality, log production data, and ensure on-time shipment while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

This role requires attention to detail and prior experience with fast-paced production environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant production experience.
• Strong understanding of finishing processes and ticket specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing machines (folder, Muller, die cutter, guillotine, saddle stitcher, etc.).
• Feed, fold, cut, stitch, and package finished products per specifications.
• Review job tickets, load materials, configure components, and ensure quality adherence.
• Document material usage, scrap, and production time; enter data for cost tracking.
