Job summary

Plymouth Tube is seeking a Finishing Operator for the 1st shift (7 AM - 3 PM) in East Troy, Wisconsin. You will set up and operate finishing equipment, use micrometers and tape measures, and help prepare material for storage or shipment.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will participate in lean activities, follow procedures, and support our team-focused culture while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Trainable with comprehension on equipment and production techniques.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to concentrate in a dynamic work environment; detail-oriented.
