Job summary

Inland Packaging is seeking a Finishing Operator to join our La Crosse, WI facility on the day shift. The role involves setting up and running label-cutting equipment, ensuring quality throughout the production process, and cross-training with other production areas.

Starting Wage: $22.00/hour

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

• Week One: Three Days - 36 Hours
• Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours

Typical Day in the Role:

The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include:

• Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
