Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a dedicated Cutter Operator for the day shift. You will set up and run a machine that cuts labels to customer specs, monitor quality through the entire production flow, and cross-train across the plant.

This regular full-time role includes benefits, a starting wage of $22.00/hour, and a rotating 12-hour shift with weekend work. You will join a family-owned manufacturing team that serves top brands and provides on-the-job training, advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology.

Starting Wage: $22.00/hour

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

• Week One: Three Days - 36 Hours
• Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours

Typical Day in the Role:

• Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
