Job summary

Inland Packaging is seeking a Finishing Team Member for day shift in La Crosse, WI. You will operate a label production machine, inspect output quality, assist with cross-training, and help the team meet production goals.

The role starts at $19.00 per hour with rotating 12-hour shifts every other weekend. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401K match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Starting Wage:$19.00/hour

Work Schedule:Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours

Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours

Typical Day in the Role:

• Operating a machine that prepares printed labels for the production process
• Inspecting the quality of printed products and raising concerns where needed
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
