Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Team Member for a regular full-time role. The position involves operating label-press equipment, inspecting and packaging printed products, and supporting the production line to ensure safety and efficiency.

Typical Day in the Role:

The Label Line Associate is responsible for tasks that include:

• Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers
• Inspecting and packaging printed product based on customer specifications
• Assisting Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
