Inland Label And Marketing Services in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a Finishing Team Member - Day Shift to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating a label production line, preparing printed products, and ensuring quality as part of a cooperative crew.

• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment.

Starting Wage: $19.00/hour

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours

Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours

Typical Day in the Role:

The Offline Jogger is responsible for tasks that include:

• Operating a machine that prepares printed labels for the production process
• Inspecting the quality of printed products and raising concerns where needed
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:
