Job summary

Plymouth Tube Company - Trent is seeking a Finishing Operator for the 1st shift (7am - 3pm). You will operate finishing equipment in the Value Stream, follow safety standards, and support on-time delivery to customers.

The role requires basic math, reading/writing, and strong mechanical skills. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with a team-oriented culture and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must perform each day all essential job duties satisfactorily.
• Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Must be trainable with comprehension on various equipment and processes.
• Must demonstrate strong general mechanical skills.
• Must actively support a team culture and have excellent communication skills.
• Must concentrate in a dynamic work environment and maintain quality and safety.
