Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Must be trainable and demonstrate comprehension on equipment and processes.
• Must demonstrate strong general mechanical skills.
• Must actively support and participate in an empowered team culture and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in plant safety initiatives and maintain safe working practices.
• Operate and adjust welding mills to meet production and quality targets.
• Assist with setup, inspections, and basic maintenance.
