Job summary

Isola Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a 1st Shift Finishing Operator. Hours are 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday with overtime and weekend work as required. You will convert master sheets to panels, operate automated/semi-automated cutting equipment, and inspect products for conformance.

Responsibilities include setup, inspection, packing, and material handling, plus maintaining SAP records and ensuring traceability. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate automated equipment per work orders.
• Ensure setup/operation of equipment is efficient.
• Inspect material and verify cutting per customer’s request.
• Report issues and downtime to operations leader.
• Maintain records for material usage and traceability in SAP.
