Job summary

Isola Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a 3rd Shift CPP Cutting Operator to operate Rosenthal/USUN machines, fabricating prepreg sheets and transferring them for tooling. The role is B level, including cross-training in CPP/Collation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and the ability to stand up to 8–10 hours. Forklift experience and manufacturing exposure are a plus; shift runs 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read and write English.
• Six months of manufacturing experience.
• PC experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand work orders.
• Verify information against customer profiles.
• Set up prepreg rolls onto machine following proper procedures.
• Enter length specifications and adjust slitters to the required width.
• Make adjustments to speed and air pressure for accurate cuts.
• Remove fabricated prepreg sheets and move to tooling area.
• Inspect sheets for quality and take corrective action.
