Job summary

Isola is hiring a 3rd Shift Layup Operator for our Chandler, AZ location. Schedule is 10:30pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday, with overtime and weekend work as required. Compensation is $22.25 per hour plus a $1.25 per hour shift differential.

The role involves operating automated equipment to build laminate master sheets, verifying prepregs and copper materials, and ensuring correct sheet counts and press loads per the work order. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have prior machine operating experience.
• Experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify work order and material selection.
• Set up, program, and operate automated equipment per customer requirements.
• Record material in SAP inventory and report discrepancies.
• Communicate anticipated issues or downtime to operations lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
