Job summary

Isola Group is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Roll Puller) at our Chandler, AZ facility. The role requires locating and staging Prepreg rolls for processing and operating a stand-up forklift.

You will participate in Packing and Material Handling within the CPP department, a safety-sensitive environment, and cross-train for A-B level positions. The position runs 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Locate, review, and understand the process for rolling and placing rolls in inventory tracking systems.
• Monitor temperatures and humidity in storage areas.
• Maintain materials usage and product traceability in computer systems.
• Coordinate with the next shift operator for smooth pass-downs.
• Report discrepancies and maintain clean work areas.
