Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Finishing Operator in Warsaw, IN to finish orthopedic implants with mirror and matte surface treatments. You will inspect surface quality, ensure dimensional accuracy, and maintain documentation to SOPs while contributing to a safe, organized workspace.

This role supports growth within a leading medical device manufacturer. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year polishing implants or precision metal components, and familiarity with inspection

  • Minimum 1 year experience polishing orthopedic implants or precision metal components in a regulated medical device or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Proficiency with inspection tools and proper documentation practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Finish orthopedic implants by applying mirror and matte surface treatments with precision and consistency.
  • Inspect finished products for surface quality, adherence to specifications, and defect detection using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work and quality checks in compliance with SOPs.
  • Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe.

Pay Details:

$30.75 per hour
