You will lead a team, collaborate on process changes, and implement new procedures across the department. The position requires a proven track record in manufacturing or fulfillment, with Lean manufacturing experience and strong leadership.

• Develop capacity planning strategies to ensure schedule attainment.
• Lead meetings and set performance standards to achieve goals.
• Stay current with industry knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support company policies.
